This very “bijou” property near to the small market town of Magnac Laval, has been renovated recently and is ready to move into. It is sold entirely furnished except for the master bedroom, so there is pretty much nothing to add to it!
The cottage is more spacious than it looks from outside and on the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a large cupboard with beautiful oak doors. Then via a glass door, you enter the living area, living room (20m²) and the dining area (8m²) with beams, tiled floor and a very attractive fireplace with a fitted wood burner which is the main source of heating for the whole house and is very efficient as the present owners hardly ever use the electric heating except on very cold days (luckily are quite rare!).
