This old character house stands proud on the outskirts of Montguyon, a village with all amenities, in the South of Charente Maritime. This house has been virtually untouched for the past 10 years, a section of the roof has collapsed and fell into the cellar. The old windows have been replaced with wooden double glazing, but at the moment are untreated. The roof needs completely re-doing.

The garden is 2 hectares (20000m2) and there is a little river runs along the edge of the land, there is a well.
