The house has a gas fired central heating system and the property is served by mains water and electricity. It has a low maintenance septic tank waste drainage and disposal system.

LOCATION:

This property benefits from being in a rural location just outside the small village of Jumelles, but is close to all amenities. The department of Maine-et-Loire is one of the five departments making up the Pays de la Loire region. The name of the department comes from the Maine and Loire rivers that meander through the area. Main towns are Angers, Cholet, Saumur, Segre, Chemille and Doue-la-Fontaine.
