Situated in a hamlet where, unusually, most of the houses seemed to be lived in, this perfect holiday home has been lived in until recently so everything is OK to go (in fact the central heating boiler is brand new!), though a couple of the rooms still need a bit of decorating, to taste. Over the little front garden we come into a big room of about 32m2 with honeycomb terracotta tiled floor and exposed beams. On the right to the rear we have a reasonable shower room - very pink, but sable. A fully fitted kitchen is situated off the main room, too, not massive - but, again, perfectly adequate.
Upstairs we have a big landing and two bedrooms, all with super parquet , big windows and exposed beams. Continuing to the top of the house we have another very large landing and another bedroom with tongue and groove ceiling with full insulation behind it.
Outside we have a small barn and a small garage just about 50 yards away and similarly a small orchard is just a little step from the house. Good value, nothing needed straightaway, but the main garden is not attached (though you could sit out front of the house no problem).
